Eric Winebrinner impressed us immediately with his honest, forthright manner and thoughtful, complete suggestions. He listened to our needs and wants, clarified our expectations, and provided us with targeted information. Eric found a lot of listings that fit our needs that weren’t obvious, and he also steered us away from “good deals” that weren’t really so good. He kept in regular contact with us and helped us to refine our search to find the most attractive candidates.
While viewing houses with Eric, he provided genuine feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of each property. For drawbacks that could be fixed, he gave us a realistic estimation of the costs involved; for defects that couldn’t be fixed so easily, he provided an accurate list of pros and cons.
Eric truly shone during the offer/bidding process. He clearly described how the bidding process worked and what to expect. He specified the meaning of each clause in the papers we signed and explained how each factor would affect our purchase.
When he wrote the offer for the house that we wanted, he aggressively supported our interests and asked for all of the things that we wanted. For instance, we noticed some bookshelves that we liked in the home; Eric wrote the bookshelves into the offer. As a result, we are soon to be the proud owners of some mighty fine bookshelves
Throughout the entire process, Eric has demonstrated that he wanted to get us the house that we wanted. He often spent late nights searching for the newest listings or contacting listing agents on our behalf. He promptly returned our phone calls and kept us in the loop.
Most importantly, we felt comfortable viewing houses with Eric and enjoyed his company during our outings. We are pleased to consider him a friend as well as a business partner.
